✦ Payment plans are only available for adoptables that reach over $150+.✦ To begin a payment plan, you will need to send at least 50% of the total price for down payment.✦ Keep in mind that this first payment is nonrefundable in the event you need to cancel a plan. This is to protect myself from dipping too much into my own savings. But the rest after the down payment will be refunded fully.✦ Payment plans should be no longer than one month. However, longer terms can be discussed for higher plans.✦ If you have a ongoing payment plan with me, I will refuse doing any other business with you until it is paid off fully.✦ However, take into serious consideration that abandoning or canceling payment plans will result in blacklisting, regardless if a proper reason is given.

✦ Flat sales are first come, first serve.✦ Auctions end 24-48 hours after the last bid or until auto bought.✦ OTAs end until I accept an offer or end the listing all together.✦ I reserve the right to decline doing business before any invoicing is made with or without a reason.✦ Reselling adoptables and customs are allowed and only or the price you paid or lower.
I heavily recommend to do it over Toyhouse to keep log of owners and value easily.✦ If you receive my designs in a trade or as a gift, the design loses all resell value unless you get commissioned artwork for them. It's up to the current owner to keep track of the current value.✦ You are allowed to make any kind of edits on my designs as you please. But you may never alter the original artwork in any way shape or form to accomplish this. Everything must be done on a new reference.✦ Ask for permission before you repurpose any one-off designs into any Open / Closed Species communities. I don't want any connections to any CS communities without my knowledge.✦ On the topic of closed/open species, I do not allow my one-off designs to be used to make a new closed species with the intent of making profit. But making a fictional personal species for your worlds/roleplays is completely fine.✦ Voiding my designs from Closed Species communities runs on a case by case basis. You may contact me through TH and Tumblr for inquiries regarding this.

I may decline commissions that I am uncomfortable with, content-wise or skill-wise.✦ Rejected drafts will be repurposed for either commission or personal work.✦ It's heavily recommended and preferred that you give me stock images or a scribble what you want if you cannot describe it.✦ I retain the right to post all commissions on my socials to advertise my work. But if you wish to keep your commission private, there will be a 15% upcharge fee added onto your order for compensation.

✦ You may NOT alter my art. This includes, but is not limited to, recoloring and redrawing sections. However, you are free to crop, resizing, removing/adding background, and use color filters.^{• Unless I provided a PSD file when available (for a fee) then you are authorized to edit it.}✦ Do not remove my signature on the artwork. It may be moved or transparency can be lowered, but it must always be visible.✦ I will not draw in different styles other than my own. I will not imitate any aspects of other art styles from official franchises or other artists.✦ Upon completion, I will send you the transparent file via Google Drive. Only watermark and low-res versions of your commission will be posted on my socials.

✦ Artist: Full refunds only if its been longer than 1-2 months regardless of the commission stage or I cancel the commission myself.✦ Client: If the test draft has not been refined yet, you can request a full refund.
But once the draft is resketched, partial refund stages begin. For completed artwork, there will be no refunds under no circumstance.✦ All cancelled commissions of any type will be taken back and repurposed as adopts, YCHs, or personal use. Only the poses will be used. Any unique aspects of your character(s) will not be included.✦ Only the amount after the non-refundable down payment will be refunded for canceled plans.

What can get you blacklisted from doing business with me:✦ You failed to follow my TOS after receiving one or two warnings.✦ You missed making a payment on time more than once.✦ Failure to complete an payment plan.✦ Any association with blockchain technology, NFTs, and AI art generators.✦ Filed a chargeback on any commission or adoptable. This includes being associated with the person who issue the chargeback. (Ex. They paid for the commission or adopt for you)✦ You given me a difficult time while I worked on your commission. This includes excessively hassling me for updates, being rude, and/or constantly asking for changes during WIP phases.✦ Tried to argue/guilt me into doing business with you after declining.✦ Heavily edited my artwork without explicit permission.✦ Attempted to take credit for your commissioned artwork/custom design.^{My blacklist is private at this time being and I've no desire to share it unless necessary}
